It’s Okay Not to Be Okay : Mental Health Awareness at Bridgenet

In conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Day, Bridgenet Solutions organised an afternoon of meaningful activities to promote mental wellness and self-care among our team.​

The program featured various lifestyle activities, counselling sessions, mental health screenings and interactive booths created a safe and supportive space for open conversations around mental well-being.​

A big thank you to everyone who participated and showed their support. Let’s continue to take care of our mental health and remind one another that it’s truly okay to not be okay.
