  • Assists customer inquiries on technical solutions
  • Act as main liaison between the sales team
  • Responsible for understanding customer needs and provide business & technical solutions
  • Developing long-term relationships with client through managing and interpreting their
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Creating and calculating client quotations
  • Providing Pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support
  • Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Possess CCDA, CCNA, CCNP (For senior position).
  • Acquired knowledge in Cloud & SD - WAN Technology (For senior position)
  • Required Language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (Both verbal and written).
  • At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in handling Cisco Products or related field.
  • Strong networking and technical background in the IT field are strongly recommended.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure.



  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
  • Organising events and product exhibitions
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions
    and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer / client requirements and dedication
  • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional
    activities. Managing campaigns on social media
  • Collaborate with the Management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses


  • Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Public Relations or related fields
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in Marketing.
  • Preferably Chinese candidate
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Malay.
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc).
  • Knowledge in Marketing software / system (Example: CRM) will be an added advantage.
  • Good organisation, planning and multi-tasking skills.
